RankForge — technical SEO audit in your side panel
Score any page out of 100, see every issue with the exact fix, generate JSON-LD schema and crawl up to 50 pages — all inside Chrome's side panel, with nothing sent to a server.
Audit any page from Chrome's side panel
Open the page you are working on, click Re-Scan, and the audit appears beside it — no tab switching, no account, nothing uploaded.
- Audits the page in the tab you are already on, in the side panel
- Scores technical, content, performance and social separately
- Every issue comes with the fix, ranked by the points it costs
- Saves scans locally so you can compare before and after a deploy

What RankForge checks
RankForge turns Chrome's side panel into a technical SEO workbench. Open the page you are working on, click Re-Scan, and you get a graded audit in about a second — no account, no API key, and nothing leaves your browser.
Every scan produces an overall score out of 100, plus separate scores for technical, content, performance and social. Underneath sits a list of issues ranked by how many points each one costs you, so you fix the expensive problems first. Expand any issue for a plain-English explanation and the exact change to make, or filter to criticals when you are short on time.
Because it runs next to the page rather than in a separate tool, it fits the way the work actually happens: change a title, re-scan, see the character count and the SERP preview update. Scans are saved locally, so you can reopen a previous audit and compare it with a fresh one after a deploy.
The site crawler is the one feature that touches the network. It fetches up to 50 pages directly from your browser to the site you asked it to crawl, which means there is no crawl budget to buy and no third party in the middle.
Frequently asked questions
Does RankForge send my pages to a server?
No. The audit runs entirely in your browser and there is no account or API key. The only feature that uses the network is the site crawler, and it fetches pages directly from your browser to the site you asked it to crawl — nothing passes through us.
Why does it ask for access to all sites?
So you can audit whichever page you open, including your own staging site or a competitor's page. The extension reads a page only when you click Re-Scan, and it injects a script that ships inside the extension package — no remote code is ever loaded.
Why does it say it cannot scan this page?
Chrome blocks extensions from reading its own pages, such as chrome://extensions and the Chrome Web Store. Switch to a normal http or https tab and click Re-Scan.
What does the score out of 100 mean?
It is a weighted roll-up of the technical, content, performance and social checks, with each issue carrying the points it costs you. It is a way to prioritise work, not a number Google publishes — treat the issue list as the useful part and the score as the summary.
How many pages can the crawler do?
Up to 50 pages from a starting URL, producing per-page scores, missing metadata, broken links and orphan pages. It is meant for checking a section or a small site quickly, not for crawling a large e-commerce catalogue.
Is there a web version?
Not yet — the audit needs to read the page in your browser, which is exactly what a side panel extension can do and a website cannot. The free SEO tools on NoxaKit cover the parts that work standalone, such as the meta tag generator and schema markup generator.
