Bugs, questions and feature requests all go to the same place. I usually reply within a couple of days.

It says it cannot scan this page

Chrome blocks every extension from reading its own pages, including chrome://extensions, the Chrome Web Store and the new tab page. Switch to a normal http or https tab and click Re-Scan.

A check looks wrong

Send me the URL and which check you disagree with. Pages that build their content with JavaScript after load are the usual cause: the audit reads the page as it stands when you scan, so a re-scan after the page settles can give a different answer.

The crawler stopped early

The crawler covers up to 50 pages from your starting URL and follows internal links only. It also respects what the site returns — pages behind logins, redirects or error responses are reported rather than crawled. For anything larger than a small site, crawl section by section.

Your data

Nothing you type leaves your browser, so there is no account to delete and no export to request. Clearing your browser data or removing the extension erases everything it saved. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Feature requests

Requests that come up often get built. Tell me what you were trying to do and what got in the way — that usually shapes the answer more than the feature name does.
