Raise the scroll delay in settings so lazy images and infinite-scroll sections finish loading before each slice is taken. Pages that animate on scroll are the usual cause of misalignment, and a slower delay fixes most of them. Send me the URL if one still fails.
It will not capture this page
Chrome blocks every extension from reading its own pages — chrome://extensions, the Web Store and the new tab page. On a normal http or https page, try reloading the tab before the first capture so the content script can attach.
Where the files go
Into Downloads/scrollshot/, named by the filename pattern in settings. Change the folder from Chrome's own download settings; change the pattern, format and quality from the extension's options page.
Your data
Nothing you type leaves your browser, so there is no account to delete and no export to request. Clearing your browser data or removing the extension erases everything it saved. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
