The tools attach on eBay's search, listing and purchase-history pages across the eight supported marketplaces. eBay changes its page layouts region by region, so if a panel is missing on one site but present on another, send me the URL and I will update the selectors.
Sold price data looks wrong or empty
Sold comps come from eBay's own public sold listings, fetched as you research, so an item with few recent sales will show thin data. Results are cached for a while to keep requests down — clear the research cache from the popup if you want a fresh pull.
The AI listing writer is not working
It needs your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, entered in settings, and requests go straight from your browser to that provider. Errors here are almost always an exhausted quota or an expired key, which the provider's own dashboard will confirm.
Price alerts are not arriving
Tracked listings are checked hourly by a background alarm, so Chrome has to be running. Check notification permission for Chrome in your operating system settings, and if you are using a webhook, confirm the URL still accepts posts.
Tus datos
Nada de lo que escribes sale de tu navegador, así que no hay cuenta que eliminar ni exportación que solicitar. Si borras los datos del navegador o desinstalas la extensión, se elimina todo lo que había guardado. Tienes el detalle completo en la política de privacidad.
